Thanksgiving at the Appalachian Children’s Home was a heartfelt celebration of gratitude and community! The week before Thanksgiving, our ACH family—staff and kids—came together for a special dinner filled with laughter, love, and delicious food. It was a beautiful time to reflect on our blessings and enjoy the spirit of togetherness.
On Thanksgiving Day, the spirit of giving came alive as community members stepped in to serve a festive meal, allowing our hardworking kitchen staff to enjoy a much-deserved day off. This incredible act of kindness blessed our staff and showed the power of community and the joy of serving others.
