Jody has a BSSW which he earned while working direct care staff at ACH and has since been promoted. He states “I have now had the pleasure of working at ACH for thirteen years”

Shelia has worked at ACH for 12 years in a variety of positions. She is married to Mick Smith with two children; she is very active in church.

Holly has extensive experience in the field of mental health and considers serving at ACH a privilege. A native of Bell County, she now lives in Knox County and has been at ACH for the last five years. Holly is a member of the American Christian Counseling Association, the Kentucky Counseling Association, and the National Board of Certified Counselors. She also provides clinical supervision for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates.
Brandy Williamson

Brandy has worked at ACH for seven years as of January 2014. She began as a Direct Care Staff and has also worked as a Case Manager. Brandy currently serves as an Executive Administrator and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor for the ACH youth. In 2014, she successfully served as point of contact for ACH CQL Accreditation, valid until 2018. Brandy has two beautiful daughters and looks to continue to develop with ACH.

Russell has been married to Carolyn for 24 years. They have two daughters–Astilbe and Acacia. Russell holds as Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing/Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Russell was born and raised in Middlesboro, KY and is a graduate of Middlesboro High School. He is an Entrepreneur, Manager, Theologian and an Eschatology enthusiast.

Lisa joined the staff of ACH in December 2016 after receiving a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She retired from public health in 2013 after serving the community for 25 years as a Nurse/Nurse Practitioner. She is a native of Knox county, married to Troy, has 3 grown children and a precious grandson. She considers working at ACH a privilege.

Sharon is the wife of 42 years to Larry and they have two beautiful children. She retired from the Bell Co Fiscal Court in 2009 and recently decided to return to the workforce at ACH, which she loves. She also enjoys traveling and being involved in her church.

Carol has been at ACH for ten years, married to Jerry, has four children, and is also the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren. She enjoys the many visitors who have come to visit campus over the years and likes for others to see the work that is going on in this “God planned place.” She states she “loves her ACH family and the opportunity to serve” and that she “is looking forward to see what God has in store for the ACH.”

Jeff Mills

As of September 2014, Jeff began his seventh year as a Case Manager at ACH and will soon advance to the position of Director of Case Management. Jeff is detail oriented and works diligently to serve the kids on his case load as well as the families and Social Service Workers. Prior to Jeff joining the ACH, he served eight years in the US. Army as a Unit Supply Specialist/Armorer. Jeff also served as a Cadet Officer at the Richmond EKU Campus for Public Safety Department and was a dispatcher for the Barbourville Police Department. Jeff has been married for eight years and has been blessed with five children.

Heather has worked at ACH since August 2016. She is a wife, a mother, an ordained minister and pastor with the Church of God, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, but most importantly a servant of God. She has served as a missionary in Japan for close to four years and has moved 44 times, ministering in 11 different states. She loves that after a lifetime of moving God has led her to settle in Kentucky. She is humbled by the opportunity to serve God by counseling and working with the children of ACH.

Caity has been a part of the ACH team for two years. Caity received a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Union College. Caity provides both therapy and psychological assessments for ACH youth.

Katie has been a Counselor at ACH for 5 months. She obtained her Masters of Education from Ohio University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Katie and her husband Jeremy have been married for nearly 16 years. They have two sons, Austin and Logan, and a daughter, Cheyenne, in heaven.

Joe and Melissa Gilbert have worked with ACH for many years. Joe facilitates all group counseling. He has an MS in Juvenile Justice Studies and an MA in Education. His wife, Melissa volunteers with the girls at ACH. She teaches life/social skills. They have been married 36 years. They have one son, Tyler who also interns at ACH and will be starting law school soon.
